If you accidentally add too much money to your account balance, our customer care team can help with a refund. 

We don't provide refunds for Pro plan subscription costs. 

We issue refunds Monday thru Friday from 8am -5pm Eastern Time. Refunds usually take about 24 hours from the time of your request.

 After we've initiated the refund, your bank must then post the amount back to your payment method. Keep in mind that bank processing times vary.
