To reset your password, follow these steps.

If you are logged out of your account in the Uproad app:

  1. Click  "I forgot my password" 

  2. Submit your email address and an email will arrive in your inbox with a code to reset your password in the app 

If you did not verify your email address in the account setup process, you will need to do so before you can reset your password. See if you can find the email verification from when you set up your account. 

If you are logged into your account in the Uproad app:

  1. Click on the menu on the top left of the screen

  2. Click“Settings” then "Change password" to reset your password

  3. You'll be prompted to enter your current password before changing to a new one
