There are a few reasons why you could have wrongly received a toll charge or violation notice. It’s possible  the toll agency didn't read your license plate correctly or there was a glitch in their system.

Uproad has a team dedicated to help with these situations and will contact toll agencies on your behalf to help get the issue resolved in a timely manner.

To dispute a toll charge in the app, follow the steps below.

  1. Using the Uproad app, open the Toll Alert tab

  2. Find the toll charge in question and click on the toll details

  3. Tap “Dispute” and provide the necessary information to help our team resolve the issue.

To dispute a violation notice you received in the mail, you will need to send us a copy of the violation. You can do this in two different ways:

  1. From the app, select the “More” option in the bottom right corner and select "Chat with Help & Support" from the menu. From there, you can initiate a chat conversation with a support representative who can assist you. Have a copy of the violation with you when you  initiate the chat.

  2. Email a copy of the violation to us at support@uproad.com along with a brief note about why you believe it was received in error. We will respond to you within 48 hours.
